Sunday Dinner and Movie

Yesterday, Sunday dinner was all about my Mother on what would have been her 97th birthday.
Her favorite snacks and a movie that she watched with my daughters the last week of her life.

Larry planned the menu...I arranged the flowers and together we enjoyed Champagne and a movie that she introduced my daughters to.

We enjoyed various cheeses, pate, fruit, nuts, Italian bread....all the fun nibbles that Mother liked.

Mother loved lemon bars. I found a great new recipe and will share it tomorrow.

Oh! The movie? It was Gidget Goes Hawaiian.

Mother, Lauren and Jami watched all of the Gidget movies during the last weeks...

Mother left a legacy for my daughters.

We should all leave such memories for our loved ones.

Love you beyond the moon.
