The Darn Pecan Tree

 While we were are church yesterday, a huge storm came through Plano. There was a lot of rain, wind and thunder. 

When we came home, we settled in to making a shopping list and changing.

It was then when I heard a small creak sound and then a thud.

Our darn pecan tree lost another limb.

It looks small here but it is huge.

The last time the tree lost a limb, it went through our guest room ceiling.

This time, it just fell onto the driveway and nothing was hurt!

How awesome is that?

Larry has cleaned off all the little branches and now 

we are waiting for the tree service to call with a plan to take down the big branches.

Then we had Sunday, dinner and a movie.

We had pizza, salad, garlic bread and Antinori wine.

Our movie was Mafia Mamma.
