Larry's Recipe, The Symphony, A funeral and The Ballet

The weekend.

On Friday we went to the Symphony...On Saturday, a funeral.
After church on Sunday, the afternoon found us at the Ballet.
We saw Alice In Wonderland. (it was amazing)

We came home to Sunday, Dinner And A Movie.

I broiled beef filets, heated green beans
and Larry made his favorite thing.
Boursin mashed potatoes.
Here is his recipe:

Larry's Boursin Potatoes
I package of:
One package pf boursin cheese-cut in half

Make the mashed potatoes according to the package directions.
Add 1/2 of the boursin cheese while the potatoes are still hot.
Stir till melted.
Let sit for 5-10 min.
Enjoy.

Dessert, we enjoyed Petit Fours.

They were vanilla sponge with a buttercream filling.

It was a busy, interesting weekend.
I feel happy and productive today....but also reflective.

Oh...we did have my favorite red wine with dinner......

Happy Monday.
Love you beyond the moon.
