Projects and Books

As an ARTist, I love making projects and most of all, I love finishing projects. Finishing a piece of ART is always a boost for me. This week has been very productive in certain ways.

The gentleman next door, is a dear, sweet person. His name is Lew and this Saturday is his birthday. He will be 92 years old and  is my hero in many ways. He is a positive person  and is always moving forward in the best way possible. His faith is amazing and I admire him very much.

For his birthday this year I made him an afghan. It isn't super large so he can manage it easily and hope that he likes it. I loved knitting this for him.

Birthday's are always the best.

I have been reading a lot, but I have not been keeping up with my Good Reads list. I finished a book last night. Today I get to start a book that I have been looking forward to reading. Larry ordered it for me months ago and I have been saving it. Till today!

It is by the Big Bed, on my TBR stack, waiting till I have a spare moment today to start reading. If you have read it, please, no spoilers. But, did you like it?

Larry and I both are very busy today. Busy days are good...they keep us focused and productive. Perhaps my days have not been busy enough?

I wish you a productive day...filled will lots of great projects.

Love you beyond the moon.
