A Batch of Palmiers

Today is Matilda, my granddaughters 1/2 birthday. We have celebrated it every year since she was a baby. Yes! We celebrate her twice a year!

This morning, I got up super early and made her a batch of Palmiers.  The theme of her half birthday is "afternoon tea".....I hope that these cookies will do.

 Larry loves these cookies. He is circling the plate as I am typing. I better go cover them now that they are cool.
