A long time ago I learned that taking walks,
made my mind and body happy.
I take walks wherever I am.
My sweet Larry sometimes calls it an "airing."
Isn't it true,
that sometimes everyone needs an airing?
A walk with nature
will clear your body, mind and soul.
I challenge you:
turn off your computer.
Turn the volume down on your phone
and
walk for 30 minutes.
