THE BEST Onion Tart


My Favorite Onion Tart
(I made this tonight, changing ingredients and making it mine,
it was delicious)

Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury Crescent dinner rolls
1 large red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons, chopped fresh rosemary Leaves
or
(1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed)
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2.Grease or spray cookie sheet with pam
3. Unroll dough into 1 large rectangle
4.Press perforations to seal
5. Fold over edges, tart-like
6. Meanwhile slice onion super thin
7.Put olive oil in frying pan
8. Heat onions and rosemary,
cooking till transparent.
9. Add brown sugar, and stir well
10. Arrange onions over crust, evenly
11. Arrange cheese over onions, evenly
Bake 15-20 min till golden brown.
Cool and slice.

I was tempted to add black olives....
but was glad that I did not.....
