How strange today is. I am happy, sad, tired and creative all wrapped into one moment. Recovery has caught up with me......I will write more later, (after a nap) and tell you about the coin above. Please remember to breathe and smile.

I have rested this afternoon. A short nap after 2 pages reading. I was exhausted. Then finished laundry, got a few things ready for painting tomorrow... reflected on my weekend...and now for the story of THE LOVE COIN. (above)

I bought the coin above in February. It has been carried around,given to my daughters, photographed, loved, laughed over, pondered about, and many other things that my drug laden mind cannot remember at this moment. The coin is for My Larry. The photos taken will be made into a small book and presented to him on our anniversary, at dinner. We always eat at the same restaurant. The surfers are always showing off at sunset, My Larry always picks an amazing wine, I always have bananas Foster ( my favorite dessert) and when the evening is winding down, we always give each other the same card. Yes. How funny is that? We have not exchanged cards in years, except this one. Each year we get out, pack it along with our things for the beach, and on August 20th, we add a few more lines to the "everlasting" card. There are 5 years of love packed into the card. I hope that there is room for this years love notes, our 32nd anniversary. But of course, now there is the LOVE COIN BOOK..........Life, love and the moments of the journey! Time for another pill.......love you.
