It is Monday, May 18th. Where on earth did the last two weeks go? A nose treatment, blowing a knee out and the flu had occupied my days....Feeling like merde sucks.

I woke today feeling so well that it frightens me. The sun is out, the birds are singing to me, I am dressed and ready for the day and it is not even 7:30 am. Oh my. I can breathe in the day, and look forward to special moments planned.

There is a box in the entry. The post office is my first stop. Mailing boxes to far off places is always fun. Lauren & Josh, and Jami gave me Mothers Day charms and they must be soldered on today. There is a trench coat at Nordstroms I will buy, and I have a class to teach at 11:00 this morning and then come home to do laundry. AND I will cook dinner tonight.

Gosh I feel good.....

The tulip above is the last from my Mothers Day flowers, they were stunning.

A piece of raisin bread, a slip of water and off I go to the post office where I will wait in line, looking at peoples shoes and trying to guess things about their work and lives.......what shoes do you have on today?
