We had company for dinner yesterday. This was appetizer try it, you will like it! *** CHEESY SPINACH AND BACON DIP 1 package (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach. Thawed and drained 1lb (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed 4 oz (1/2 of regular 8oz package) Philly-cream cheese 1 can (10 oz) Ro*tel , undrained 8 slices of bacon, crispy, cooked and crumbled *add all ingredients to medium saucepan.
