POT LUCK Yesterday At church, a few of us gathered for a pot luck dinner. (yes, it pre-emptied Sunday Dinner and movie) The PEEP cake was my offering. This is a favorite in our house. *** Ingredients 1 white cake mix 1 jar of lemon curd 1 tub of creamy vanilla icing PEEPS *** Using plain White cake mix, Make 2, 8" layers. Let them cool. First layer goes face down on plate. Ice top ( not sides) with 1 small jar of lemon curd. Place second layer on top of curd. Ice with tub of vanilla. I decorated the cake with PEEPS. *** It is overcast. I would love the sun to come out soon. Ajax goes home today.
