A NEAT THING

At the stock show in Ft Worth

One of the events is-

To let calves into the arena,

and have teenagers catch a calf,

Rope it

and return it to a blocked off square in the center of the arena.

They get the calf.

A $500.00 scholarship,

and

a new pair of boots.

If you do not catch a calf,

you only get new boots.

Perhaps with new boots,

next year you can run faster?

Larry has a meeting in Waco.

I am riding along,

and while he is at meetings,

I shall find my own adventure.

Waco is interesting.

It is the home of

BAYLOR

and

one of my favorite zoos in the world.

The Camron Park Zoo.
