Larry bought me a charming book, filled with pages of home made paper. I shall carry it with me in France, sketching as I go, and at the end of the day, I will watercolor my sketches.
Today I did get a lot of work done....one of my projects being, painting the title page of my new book. The rest of the day was filled with creative moments, and hanging around my desk much to long..... Below, is the title page, filled with my sketching and paints. Please note the smear under the letter "R". I dragged black color when Lauren called me from CA. ( i should have used India Ink)
Jami is here, and we shall go to a small Italian restaurant for happy hour and pizza, and then come home to watch the election returns. Goodness, I am starving!
