Breeders Cup

I woke very grumpy this morning!

But as I wake,

The excitement of the day

is helping me think past

doing the blasted chores that I hate.

(going to Target and the super marche)

Yes. I am practicing my French.

Do you know that the French word for chop-sticks

is.....

baguettes....

HA! That makes me smile.

Oh yes.

I skipped chores last week too.....

Today (after the chores)

will be fun.

We have been invited to the race track,

by people who own the "son"

of a horse who is running in the breeders cup.

I shall take my camera.

Perhaps I can get to the stables....
