Yes. It is true. I am a fan of Matisse and cling to quotes, painitngs, thoughts, processes and joys that he commanded. Matisse had a simple, stunning, character to his paintings. Nothing inspires me quite like his work and words.

Tonight Summer arrives. I look forward to this summer....seeing family in far off places, a holiday to the sea. (I have spent the money I won at the casino. A day trip has been booked to Honolulu...Pearl Harbour, Kilauea, and dinner & jazz before flying home. Larry was surprised)
