Hello Dear Readers.
I have been doing a lot of reflecting this past month.
I am alive today because some of the things that Komen helped put into place with
treatment and recovery for breast cancer.
The first cancer in 2012, was a very aggressive cancer found early. The tumor almost doubled in one months time before my surgery. After surgery, because of a special test, I managed my treatment and recovery in able to be here today. My second breast cancer adventure was strange. It was in the "other" breast and it was a different cancer completely. Again, my treatment was new...where radioactive isotopes were shot into my breast twice a day...it was not a fun time but I am here to paint,
smile, adore my daughters and love Larry with all of my heart.
Today, I am writing for help.
Team believe supports Komen because Komen is forefront in research and early detection. Team Believe has a very similar mission statement.
Team Believe is behind in our donations and we need help.
We have committed to $2,000.00 and we have $572.15.
We need $1,427.85.
