Camp Mystic is owned by the Eastland family. Tweetie and Dick a married couple, have run the camp since the 70,s. Dick died tragically last week in the Texas Hill Country floods.
Two days ago, I found a recipe in my "in-box" I do not know who sent it to me. It is the recipe for Tweetie's Famous Cookies.
Yesterday I made the cookies.
In honor of all who lost their lives, it was my meditation.
Please enjoy this recipe and share it when you can, while praying for the children who lost their lives in the floods.
