Just Wait And See

Can you believe that January is almost over?

I used this month to take care of about a dozen things

that I have been putting off.

{taking care of things like that feels sooo good!}

 

I LOVE February.

It is to bad that it is sprinkled with a few thing that I HAVE to do.

I really do not mean to sound ungrateful,

But, its ok. I will breathe and remember that nothing lasts forever

and

I am not responsible for the negative actions of others.

With that being said,

February is the month of love.

I have a few little things wrapped and ready for My Larry.

We have reservations for dinner and plan to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement.

He proposed to me 37 years ago on Valentines Day!

 

The photo above was taken one afternoon in Paris.

I was eating a baguette sandwich on a park bench.

My Larry was off doing chores,

and these little birds waited for me to share my food with them.

I should have taken a video.

They were adorable and not obnoxious.

It was a perfect moment.

Sitting on a park bench in the middle of Paris.

Jombone and formage sandwich on baguette with butter.

Tiny birds hidden in the foliage, awaiting bites of my lunch.

Children's voices playing in the garden.

I try to remember that small romantic things are better than huge ones.

And romance is every day, not just on Valentines Day.

This month is going to be great.

Just wait and see.
