Practical Joke?

Have you ever pulled a perfect practical joke? One that you will remember forever and never top?

I am reminded often about my lack of humor. Having a sense of humor is a gift that I believe that you are born with.  I wish I had been born with one.

Perhaps I am learning. Last Friday, Matilda came to play (and make a Christmas gift for her parents) Lauren dropped her off and we had a great morning....till...I saw a rodent next to the sofa. I was yelling: Matilda I think its dying because it looks stunned. Stay where you are Matilda, I am getting the broom!  Matilda was hardly fazed at the commotion I was creating,  or at the rat. My heart is beating fast just retelling this story.

When I realized the rat was fake, I also realized Lauren set the entire thing up.

All I can say is: Good Job Lars!
The perfect, unplanned practical joke. I have been giggling ever since.  AND I made her take that nasty thing out of my house because I would not touch it.

Maybe its not to late for me after all!
Love you,
Me

PS: blogging from my phone because I pulled a muscle in my back. Laundry and resting is the rule of the day. LUM.
