The Test Kitchen Is Open

Robin's Cookie Pudding
{for lack of a better name}

Ingredients
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 pound of chocolate chip cookies
1 (12 oz) container of Cool Whip

Topping
1 Hershey Chocolate Bar
4 cookies

Combine  milk and 1/2 of the liqueur in a soup bowl.
Dip each cookie into the mixture and then line the bottom of 
8X11" cake pan with cookies.
Mix remaining  1/2 cup liqueur with whipped topping.
Use half of topping to layer over first layer of cookies.
Dip more cookies and place layer over Cool Whip.
The last layer is Cool Whip.

Topping
Place broken candy bar and cookies in a zip loc bag.
Crush with rolling pin.
Sprinkle over to top of pudding
Refrigerate at last 4 hours.
Serve and enjoy.

Tip:
The next time I make this, 
I will dip the cookies for a few seconds longer in the liqueur mixture.
I want them soggier!
