It was raining when we woke today.
It was a heavy rain, we hesitated to go out.
BUT, I grabbed my umbrella, leaving Libby at home
because it was to cold and wet
and off we went to...

FUN RUN!
Before we started our three miles,
it stopped raining!
{and the spring trees greeted us along our way}
Larry and I both have ribbons to show for the wonderful morning.
Libby was checking out Larry's number when we got home.
Libby also said,
Thanks to everyone who took part in the event,
Many pugs need forever homes...and good Vet care.
Events like this help make it happen.

It has been a wonderful day.
Libby is happy we are home and it looks like the sun might come out.
