The CottageTest Kitchen Is Open ~Chai Latte Cupcakes~

~CHAI LATTE CUPCAKES~
When I saw this recipe I knew it was worth a try.
It was an easy recipe and as always, cupcakes are fun to make.
They are unusual and delicious.

                                              INGREDIENTS
1 box Betty Crocker super moist French vanilla cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 package(1.1oz) instant Chai tea latte mix
(or 3 tablespoons tea from LG container)
1 cup vanilla baking chips (6 oz)
1 container Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy vanilla frosting
Ground cinnamon

METHOD
Heat oven to 350 {325 for dark pans}
Place paper cups in each of 24 regular size muffin cups
Make cake mix as directed on package for 24 cupcakes using water, oil, eggs
 Stir in dry tea mix
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups {2/3 full}
Bake as directed. Cool ten minutes then remove from pans
Cool completely

ICING
In medium microwave bowl,
 microwave baking chips on high 30 seconds
stir till melted and smooth
cool 5 minutes
Stir in frosting till well blended
Immediately spread or pipe on cupcakes
Sprinkle with cinnamon
