My hot cross bun recipe turned out very well.
I cannot wait to make them again.
(and Easter is soon here)
I tweaked my notes before preparing/baking,
and
everything turned out delightfully.
I made the dough, and kneaded it in my bread maker.
After letting the dough rest, I made the buns
and let them rise for one hour.
After risen,
I brushed them with an egg wash.
Baked them, and then......
Iced them.
Fruity and tender, they are the best Hot Cross Buns I have ever eaten.
And I made them!
If you are interested in the recipe, email me at,
I will be happy to send you the recipe...
Love you.
