Week-end Recipe~ My favorite Corn Bread

This week I made chili and cornbread.....
here is my cornbread recipe.


My Favorite Corn Bread

 2 Tablespoons butter
1 package(8oz) Philadelphia cream cheese cubed
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 oz) cream style corn
1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
2 eggs beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
in saucepan, heat butter and then stir in cream cheese
Stir till well blended
 Put into mixing bowl, and add both corns, muffin mix & eggs
Mix well
Spray 13 X 9 inch pan with PAM
Pour conrbread mix into pan
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Bake 40 min or till golden brown.
Cool completely.

Freezes well if stored in foil and zip bag.
This in my FAVORITE cornbread.
