This Saturday's dinner party has a guest of honor. My 1977 port. It was a gift to me long ago. It has been kept it in the dark and cool for many years, till this Saturday. It will be decanted about 10 hours before guests arrive. Good friends shall join us to experience the treasured port.... I am busy gathering flowers and ironing linens.....but I will be taking images, and posting when I can......I wished that you lived closer. ( that is to all of you dear ones whom I adore) There is nothing quite like breaking bread with people you love......stay tuned.....Love you beyond the decanter. Me.
