BAKED BRIE
1 small wheel of brie (shave the wax off)
1 canister of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Raspberry Jam
Honey
Brown sugar

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Open up crescent rolls-pinch together perforations.
Lay one half of dough into Pam sprayed baking dish
Place wheel on top of dough.
Spread raspberry jam over top of of cheese
Top with remaining dough,
Draping over sides and sealing edges
Drizzle with honey
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Let baked brie cool for about 15 min
Serve with crackers.
I served this with Carr's crackers,
but
Ritz cracker's saltiness might be more to your liking.
The brie was a hit,
and
gone before dinner was served.
