I used the BIG GREEN EGG tonight!

I followed the directions

starting the fire

and controlling the temperature.

I was patient as the egg became hotter.

Soon,

the smoke started to rise...

and I knew that I had passed the first test.

The second test was grilling food.

Larry informed me that,

I passed.
