Cupie Dolls.
Introduced in 1909
I love them, but only own a few plastic ones to use in photos.
The real dolls, porcelain ones,
are quite expensive.
(I think the little plastic ones
look better in photos!)

I was in a small antique shop in ELGIN, TX.
and I found this display.
Each cupie was about $50.00.
I was going to put my plastic one with the "group"
and have you pick out the plastic one,
BUT
the old woman who owned the shop was
watching me like a hawk.
I am lucky she let me take a photo.
Today is
EARTH DAY.
Save a cupie today.
