Yesterday,
Lauren and Josh came to celebrate Lauren's birthday.
Lauren asked for a turkey
with all the trimmings for dinner.
During dinner, Josh slipped away.
He came back moments later with a small blue box.
Lauren opened the box to find
a beautiful diamond necklace
She looks beautiful in her necklace.
Then we had pumpkin pie and birthday cake for dessert.
It was a wonderful birthday....
