I promised a friend that I would post this long lost recipe.

"Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip" 1 can ( 14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped 1 pkg (10 ounce) Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained-3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese-3/4 cup Mayonnaise-1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese-1 teaspoon minced garlic**Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients till well blended. Spoon into a 9" pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 minutes or till heated through. I love this dip served with Wheat Thin Crackers or thin tortilla chips.
