CHICKEN POT PIE
(the easy way)
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 package (16oz) frozen vegetable blend-thawed
1/2 pound (8oz) Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2"cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls.

Preheat oven to 375
Spray PAM in a 13 X 9" baking dish
Combine first 4 ingredients well and place into cooking dish
Unroll dough and place over chicken mixture
Bake 20-25 minutes or till crust is golden brown
Enjoy!
The quiet day called for comfort food.
This is the easiest, best pot pie!
We watched Lion In Winter, drank a nice wine
and fell sound asleep.
Monday snuck up on us, how on earth did that happen?
