As we were packing to go on holiday, Larry asked, should I pack a bottle of wine?
Oh no. Lets not take the chance on it breaking, ok? I said.
He said ok.
The next day, when we arrived at the cottage,
We unpacked right away.
Filling dressers with shorts, tops and bathing suits.
During this vacation ceremony,
Larry came to me holding a bottle of my favorite champagne.
He said, Look. This made it just fine.
What? I said..... WHAT?
Larry had packed the bottle.
Wrapped in bubble wrap and beach towels.
Larry took a chance, and our adventure was even
more special for his efforts.
Just like life.
Take that chance,
be smart and protect yourself....
whisper a prayer.
Think how wonderful the adventure will be.
