Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies

1 package (19 to 21 oz) brownie mix (13X9" pan size)

1 package (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1/3 cup sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cool Whip- thawed

HEAT oven to 350 degrees

PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package.

Spoon into 18 paper lined muffin cups.

( my muffin tin only holds 12 at a time,

so I bake half and half)

BEAT cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla

with mixer, till blended.

Spoon one rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture

in the center of brownie batter in each cup,

pressing lightly into batter.

BAKE

25-30 minutes or till centers are set.

COOL.

TOP

With cool whip and cherries. Tonight for dinner and a movie, it is appetizer night, all foods are finger foods. This is a favorite dessert.... *** Have a wonderful evening. Love you. Me
