Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies
1 package (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Cool Whip- thawed

PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package.
Spoon into 18 paper lined muffin cups.
( my muffin tin only holds 12 at a time,
so I bake half and half)

BEAT cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla
with mixer, till blended.
Spoon one rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture
in the center of brownie batter in each cup,
pressing lightly into batter.
25-30 minutes or till centers are set.
COOL.
