Monday Trivia: The playlist song of the day

Yesterday was sunny and beautiful.

I made soup when we returned from church,

and before serving it I made

PESTO PINWHEELS

1 (8oz) can Crescent rolls

3 Tablespoons prepared pesto

2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam.

2. On a clean flat surface, unroll crescent rolls.

Gently press perforations together to make rectangle.

Spread pesto evenly over dough.

Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Roll up dough,starting with long side, jelly roll fashion.

Press seam to seal.

Using serrated knife, cut roll into 1" thick pieces.

Place 2" apart on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes or till golden brown.

Serve warm.
