The Blues

 "The Blues" is a hand pieced queen size quilt top. (it has 30, 9" squares, in different blues)  I finished it in October and contacted the company/woman who has done my long arm quilting for years.

She said: Yes! Please text me the quilt information and you can get it to me ASAP.

I rushed out, bought backing material ($49.00's worth) and texted her that evening in early November.

That was over 4 weeks ago.

I desperately wanted to have it in her hands before I went to France, but alas. No. 

She has ghosted me. 

I texted her again. Twice...and added a prayer hoping that she nor a family member have became ill...but she could have let me know. Right?

I am back at the beginning of this "last quilt" journey.

This is most likely my last hand pieced quilt

and

it is living up to it's name.

THE BLUES

I am absolutely blue about it.
