because we were going to the country
to Trick OR Treat with Matilda.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ham & Swisse sandwich on rye
we drank Diet Ginger-ale.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
ingredients
1 package chopped broccoli
2 10-ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
8 ounces shredded Colby cheese
8 ounces Velveeta cheese-cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Steam broccoli till thawed.
Set aside
In large pan, combine soup with evaporated milk.
Add Velveeta and heat till melted.
Add broccoli, salt and pepper.
Garnish with shredded Colby cheese.
This is hands down Larry's favorite broccoli cheese soup.
Pair it with your favorite sandwich
and
you will smile.
