BAM

Yesterday, while praying,

I had a chance to thank God for,

placing inside every bad situation, something good

and 

including a life lesson.

I have been blessed in my life.

The tough moments brought me insight 

and 

sometimes, a different path in my journey.

Yesterday, I walked 3 miles,

cleaned the house,

prepared for a party 

and

cried.

Even though my mind is rational

and organized...some darn something can pop-up

and catch me unaware.

Then BAM....

You know, the BAM is a good thing too.

It reminds you who is in charge.
