The Easy Blueberry Cake Recipe

Last week at the market, the blueberries were so beautiful.
I bought a pint of them,
not knowing what I would make with them.
Well....here you go.....

The BLUEBERRY CAKE RECIPE

1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs-room temp
1 (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese-soft
1 (3 1/2) box vanilla pudding~instant
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 small recipe of your favorite butter-cream icing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix:Cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs,
cream cheese and oil with mixer on medium speed,
Mixture will be thick.

Stir in blueberries.

Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake  at 350 degrees for 40-50 min
till toothpick comes out clean.

When cake is cool,
ice just the top of cake with butter-cream icing.
(it is the perfect amount of sweetness)

I stored this cake in the fridge.
We liked the cool cake better than
room temp cake.

Yes, we ate every bite.
It was delicious.

Happy Tuesday....the last day of May!
Love you,
Me
