Tied Up With A Ribbon

Yesterday was delightful.
A snow/ice day, to celebrate my favorite persons birthday.
We were not really stuck in the house all day.
My Larry could never stay in one place like that all day.
{so we picked up my chemo pills at CVS}
I found a market open not far from our house.
Here is the only cake they had.
Poor Larry.
An old cake with a purple flower on it.
He said that he did not mind,

The day was nice.
I painted, worked on Matilda's Christmas gift,
heated up left overs for the birthday dinner,
Hot dogs and tots with left over chili
and
I lit the candles and sang happy birthday to him.
The birthday cake was not to bad tasting.
We did laugh alot, and put ice cream over the cake.

And then we
watched a movie
{ do you like the movie, You've got mail,
then be sure to watch the movie,
In The Good Old Summertime.
I will not tell you why....but it is interesting.}

Larry SKYPED with Matilda and she sang Happy Birthday to him.

I can only imagine what the coming year will bring to Larry.
He is a good guy and deserves the world.
The funny thing is, he says he already has the WORLD.
It is tied up with a ribbon.
I love you Larry,
Me
