Not One HOOT

Larry does not care one HOOT about his birthday.

I do not understand that at all.

{is that a personal thing or how he grew up thing?}

I love his birthday, enough for the both of us.

After a weekend filled with

 birthday dinners with friends and co-workers,

picnics, presents

and

 a gourmet dinner on Sunday,{cooked by me}

we settled in to watch one of our favorite movies.

"Summertime"

Once again, we enjoyed the absolute beauty of this film.

It was the perfect ending to a perfect weekend.

Gosh,

I hate that I have to wait an entire year till his next birthday.
